This evidence-based, group-based intervention is dedicated to facilitating trauma recovery for women who have faced sexual/physical abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and substance abuse. We’re here to help survivors regain their strength and confidence.

Motivational Interviewing

This counseling approach employs helps individuals resolve their feelings and find the motivation to make positive changes in their lives. Whether it’s addiction or managing health issues, we’re here to support your journey.


Nurturing Parenting Programs

These trauma-informed, family-based programs are designed not only to treat but also to prevent child abuse and neglect. We teach nurturing skills that promote positive family dynamics and lasting bonds.

Seeking Safety

We’re proud to offer the Seeking Safety therapeutic model, specifically tailored for women dually diagnosed with PTSD and Substance Use Disorder. Seeking Safety is an evidence-based counseling model designed to help individuals find safety from trauma and substance abuse.
